  12. additional requirements of NATO, which he described Employer
  13. reference documents, so you of all documents of our AQAP system, contracts and other documents to which we refer.

The content of the quality plan is to be precise and detailed, and it is to define the rules for the implementation of a consistent delivery to the Ordering Party. By reading it, the RPW should have a full picture of how we will deliver to the army and how we will ensure that they receive products in accordance with the contract within the time limit specified in the contract.

If we have a well-designed AQAP quality management system, then most of the plan is referenced to our AQAP procedures. It may look like the following:

  • Organization and responsibility for the implementation of the contract on our part:
    • in accordance with the sales procedure at the stage of concluding the contract and at the stage of submitting the contract for implementation
  • Principles of resource management that are necessary for the implementation of the contract
    • allocation, determination of human resources and ensuring competences personnel in accordance with the human resource management procedure
    • allocates and determines the infrastructure and supervision of its technical efficiency in accordance with the management procedure infrastructure
    • allocates and ensures metrological consistency of measuring instruments in accordance with the measurement management procedure
  • Activities implemented in our quality management system for the correct performance of the contract
    • performance of the contract in accordance with the procedure :
      • design (if we provide such and is the subject of the contract)
      • production (as above)
      • storage and logistics (as above)
  • Activities related to the implementation of the product on our side for the proper performance of the contractcontract
    • implementation of thewith the procedure of supervision over the non-conforming product and complaints
  • Actions related to measurements, analysis and improvement as part of the contract, which we perform in order to demonstrate the compliance of the delivery with the order
    • performance of the contract in accordance with the measurement and quality control system specified in the procedures:
      • design (if we do and are subject of the contract)
      • production (as above),
      • warehousing and logistics (as above)

Where we have general procedures in the area of sales, design, production, quality control and resource management, we must define the course of action for contract implementation in detail and include them in the quality plan .

We must also remember to draw up a work schedule under the contract, in which we will show when we will:

  • perform individual stages of the contract
  • when we will perform individual measurements to demonstrate the compliance of the product with the contract.

The latter position is especially important as the RPW will usually want to be present during the measurements.

We send the ready plan to RPW for approval.
