Acording to the decision No. 126 / MON from 16.08.2016 about the quality of military equipment assurance and services related to military equipment, if we want to sell for the Polish Army, we must have an ISO 9001 quality certificate or other industry certificate (AS 9100, IATF 16949 ) or one of the AQAP certificates (AQAP 2110, AQAP 2310, AQAP 2131, AQAP 2210).
When we talk about certificates based on ISO or AS or IATF standards, it’s simple. A certificate confirming compliance with the requirements of these standards can be obtained from any accredited certification body. Lists of such units can be found on the websites of accreditation bodies, for example, the PCA (Polish Center for Accreditation).
When we want to serach for foreign accredited certification bodies, visit IAF website (International Accreditation Forum), to the IAF Members & Signatories tab, where we will find a list of countries and an accreditation body in each of them. And each of them has a list of certification bodies.
Warning:
If you search for accreditated certification body in this way, you can be sure your ISO certificate will be recognized in all countries listed on the IAF website!
It looks a little different with the AQAP certification bodies. Only selected certification bodies can certify AQAP!
