Confirmation of the authenticity of the CE declaration

Check the product before importing!

Many goods from China, India and other areas of Asia have a CE sticker or even a CE declaration.
But doesn’t have to be well-marked product.

However, it is uncertain whether these products have passed the required tests and whether they are manufactured in accordance with quality and safety standards.

A common practice is falsifying product certificates or test results, or marking products with the China Export mark.

If you want to import products from Asia and sell them in Poland or the EU, remember:
• The importer or placing the goods on the market in Poland or the EU is responsible for the goods!
• If it turns out that the product does not meet the requirements (it is dangerous, poisonous or may expose the customer to loss of health – especially toys!), Then you as an importer will be charged with a fine (several tens of thousands of zlotys) and the obligation to withdraw the goods from the market (loss depending on the amount sold) products can reach even several hundred thousand zlotys).
