Integrated system means implementation of two or more systems requirements, in ex:

• quality (acc ISO 9001) and environmental (acc ISO 14001) management systems
• quality (acc ISO 9001), environmental (acc ISO 14001) and health and safety (acc ISO 45001) management systems
• quality acc ISO 9001 and information security ISO 27001, etc.

Quality management system is often a skeleton for the ISO series standards or standards being guidelines for the implementation and certification of management systems. Most of the standards refer to the construction of the ISO 9001 standard to facilitate its universality and easier to adapt the requirements of the standards. In practice, instead of creating separate procedures of documented information for each system, is built one common procedure for an integrated management system.

Integrated systems are mainly characterized by unification of documentation common for management systems. Very important for the smooth functioning of the enterprise has facilitating work in a systems combining few standards. It is also important that the certification cost of the Integrated Management System is significantly lower than the cost of a single certification for each standard.

The Integrated ISO System is supposed to bring us certain benefits, and the expenses we incur are expected to be returned at least!

Requirements of integrated management systems should be adopted to conditions of your organisation!!!

And not the company to requirements of ISO system!!!
