Steps to implement IFS with IKMJ
Step 1: Preliminary audit assessing the degree of implementation of the standard requirements and the necessary workload
Step 2: Develop IFS System Documentation (including: Prerequisite Programs, HACCP Plan, Hazard Analysis, Product Recall Plan)
Step 3: Training staff on IFS requirements
Step 4: System implementation
Step 5: Audit the IFS system
Step 6: Corrective and preventive actions
Step 7: Guarantee of obtaining the certificate

and present them to you for approval.

Integration of IFS, HACCP and QMS systems
The implemented ISO 9001 and < href=../haccp-2/">HACCP system facilitates the implementation of the IFS system, as the standard contains many elements common to the ISO 9001 standard. In such a situation, it is enough to review the existing systems for compliance with IFS requirements and supplement them with the missing elements.
