Wdrażanie Systemu Zarządzania Jakością w oparciu o normę PN-EN ISO13485:2012 – Wymagania prawne
Podstawową ustawą regulującą kwestię wymagań prawnych z zakresu wprowadzania wyrobów medycznych do obrotu i użytkowania na terenie jest ustawa o wyrobach medycznych z dnia 20 maja 2010 roku. Ustawa w zakresie swojej regulacji wdraża postanowienia m.in. dyrektywy Rady 93/42/EWG z dnia 14 czerwca 1993 dotyczącej wyrobów medycznych. Każdy producent wyrobów medycznych, bądź autoryzowany przedstawiciel mający miejsce zamieszkania bądź siedzibę w państwie członkowskim, który jest wyznaczony przez wytwórcę do działania w jego imieniu musi wypełniać wymagania w/w ustawy celem oznaczenia wyrobu znakiem zgodności CE, co gwarantuje, że wyrób spełnia wymagania zasadnicze dyrektywy medycznej i umożliwia wprowadzenie wyrobu medycznego do obrotu lub użytkowania.
