Integration of the HACCP system and quality management
HACCP has common requirements with the 9001 standard, which facilitates the integration of these systems. HACCP relates to a large extent to technical conditions and therefore it is advisable that it should be implemented first. A food company that has not implemented HACCP cannot guarantee food safety and therefore cannot ensure that it meets the customer’s basic requirements as required by management system standards.
