Environmental Policy

Our Institute in addition to Quality Policy also has an approved and communicated throughout the organization Environmental Policy :

It is our duty, as well as every inhabitant of the Earth, to protect Its Environment.
The environment is also you and us!
By protecting the environment, we care for the safety, comfort and efficiency of all of us!
We, the members of the Institute, declare that we will make every effort to reduce our impact on the Earth’s environment.

We do this by implementing specific actions, in line with the policy below!

Over the next 5 years, we will reduce our environmental impact in terms of:

1. Working conditions:
   

   – We want our staff and our clients to limit business trips to a minimum – we increase the comfort of our and our clients’ work, as well as efficiency and safety
   – We want to provide a significant volume of services via the network – work efficiency and security are increasing!
   – Our working time did not exceed 8 hours a day.

   Thanks to this, we reduce the consumption of fuels, consumables for cars, increase the comfort of our people and our clients’ people, their efficiency and improve safety (less chance of an accident)!

2. Exhaust emissions:
   

   – We strive to ensure that as many cars as possible in our company meet the EURO 5 standard
   – It resulted in the lowest possible emission of exhaust gases and harmful compounds!

   Thanks to this, we will reduce the emission of greenhouse gases.

3. Use of paper and other materials for the office and staff:
   

   – We limit the number of printed documents to the necessary minimum, in accordance with the regulations
   – Within 3 years we want to eliminate the consumption of office supplies for internal needs – we do everything electronically!
   – We use an increasing number of packaging that can be recycled.
   Thanks to this, we reduce the consumption of paper and other materials, we limit the amount of waste produced 🙂

4. Consumption of other types of energy:
   

   – We strive for a state where all electronic equipment will be environmentally friendly in terms of raw materials and energy consumption
   – Electronic equipment will only be used when necessary

   Thanks to this, we reduce the consumption of electricity and the devices themselves.
